Yeah, this site is the best to download anime shows from in rmvb format.
But you can use them in sony vegas? I tried uploading an episode there, but it said the format was not supported.

You’ll have to download the episodes through cryptload, but trust me that’s WAY better than downloading normally, coz you’ll just have to provide the links and it’ll take care of the downoad(even the waiting time and the image verification) one by one.
